How to Apply

Welcome to Admissions

Where potential finds its direction.

At ACE ACUMEN HEIGHTS, education is not simply about what students know, but how they learn to think, question and grow.

We combine academic ambition with intellectual curiosity, encouraging students to become independent, confident and purposeful individuals.

Care, respect, wellbeing and safety are essential to the ACE experience. Every student is known and supported, while families remain closely connected through thoughtful and timely communication.

Step 2. Student Interview

Once the application has been reviewed, selected applicants will be invited to an interview, either in person or online.

The interview gives us an opportunity to learn more about each student — their academic goals, interests, strengths and aspirations — while giving families the opportunity to learn more about life at ACE.

Step 3. Academic Review & Assessment

Admission is based on a holistic review of the student's academic records, application materials and interview.

An academic assessment or additional documentation may be requested when needed to better understand a student's academic readiness and determine the appropriate course placement.

Step 4. Admissions Decision & Enrolment

Following a review of the completed application, our Admissions team will communicate the decision to the family.

For accepted students, tuition must be paid to ACE ACUMEN HEIGHTS by certified cheque, money order, bank draft, or wire transfer. The Official Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and payment receipt will be issued once tuition and all required documents have been received. For wire transfer information, please contact admissions@aahs.ca.

For international students: The LOA and required supporting documents can be used to apply for a Canadian Study Permit through IRCC. Once approved, students should submit their travel and arrival information, provide any outstanding documents, and arrange one full year of health insurance coverage beginning on the first day of the semester.

Our Admissions team will guide students and families through the next steps, including enrolment, course planning, and preparation for a smooth transition to ACE ACUMEN HEIGHTS.
