Housing & Homestay Support

A Home Away from Home

At Ace Acumen Heights, we understand that a safe, comfortable, and welcoming living environment is an important part of a successful study experience in Canada. Our team is committed to helping international students feel supported both inside and outside the classroom.

AAH works closely with students and families to understand their individual needs, preferences, and budget, and helps connect them with responsible homestay families and trusted housing resources.

A Supportive Homestay Experience

Living with a homestay family offers students more than just a place to stay. It provides an opportunity to experience daily life in Canada, practise English in a natural environment, develop independence, and build meaningful connections within the local community.

Depending on the individual homestay arrangement, students may benefit from:

  • A safe, comfortable, and welcoming home environment
  • A furnished private or shared room
  • Meal options based on the selected homestay arrangement
  • Exposure to Canadian culture and family life
  • Convenient access to school and public transportation
  • Guidance and support while adjusting to life in Canada

Connecting Students with Responsible Host Families

AAH takes student safety and well-being seriously. Homestay families within our network are carefully considered before students are connected with them. Our housing support process may include home visits, safety and suitability reviews, and appropriate background screening.

Our team considers each student's individual circumstances when exploring suitable housing options, including location, budget, room preferences, dietary needs, transportation, and other personal requirements.

Ongoing Student Support

Our support continues after a student moves into their homestay. AAH staff remain available to communicate with students and families, follow up on their living experience, and assist with housing-related questions or concerns.

Regular communication gives students an opportunity to share feedback and helps us ensure that their living environment continues to support their safety, comfort, well-being, and academic success.

Helping You Settle into Life in Canada

Moving to a new country is a major transition. Our Student Services team is available to help students navigate housing options and adjust to their new environment.

Through our network of homestay families, housing partners, and community resources, we aim to help each student find an accommodation option that supports a positive and rewarding experience in Canada.
